General Rules & Guidelines

Core expectations for behavior and roleplay on the server.

Roleplay First

Maintain in-character status and prioritize roleplay at all times.
- Stay in character during all scenarios.
- Handle rule breaks after the scene is completed and out of the city in tickets.
- Major violations (racism, harassment, etc.) is zero-tolerance, you will be banned and zero chance of returning.
Be Respectful

This community is built for everyone to feel safe and welcome.
- No racism, sexism, or hateful prejudice.
- Treat all players with respect.
- Toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
No Harassment

Harassment of any kind is prohibited.
- No sexual or aggressive OOC harassment.
- Do not intimidate or pressure players outside of RP.
- Legitimate in-character conflict is allowed.
Racial Slang

Minimize or avoid racial slang entirely.
- Do not use racially charged language.
- Staff cannot verify heritage by voice.
- Keep the environment comfortable for all players.
Twitch TOS

Respect Twitch Terms of Service at all times.
- Do not create situations that endanger streamers.
- Avoid behavior that could violate platform rules.
Copyright Music

Protect content creators from DMCA issues.
- Do not play copyrighted music in public areas.

Roleplay Conduct

Standards for realistic and fair roleplay.

Value Your Life

Your character must realistically fear injury and death.
- Surrender when clearly outmatched and unarmed.
- Do not act with no regard for consequences.
- Exceptions only when planning long-term story consequences.
No Random Deathmatching (RDM)

Combat requires proper roleplay escalation.
- No attacking players without RP reasoning.
- Verbal interaction must occur before violence.
- Applies to both on-foot and vehicle situations.
No Vehicle Deathmatching (VDM)

Vehicles cannot be used as weapons.
- Do not intentionally run players over.
- Only allowed as a last resort escape.
- Must be a one-time unavoidable action.
No Metagaming

Do not use OOC information in-character.
- No using Discord or stream info in RP.
- Only act on knowledge your character learned IC.
No Stream Sniping

Do not use streams to gain an advantage.
- Meet people naturally through roleplay.
- Never use a stream to find or target players.
No Powergaming

Do not remove player agency.
- Always allow options for counterplay.
- Do not force outcomes without RP.
- Police should aim to provide counterplay when possible.
Fail RP

Low-quality or disruptive roleplay is not allowed.
- Take the server seriously.
- Do not intentionally ruin immersion.
- Staff may remove players who repeatedly fail RP.

Crime & Conflict Rules

Rules governing criminal activity and player conflict.

Group Limits

Maximum participant limits for scenes.
- Maximum 4 criminals in any heist/crime.
- Maximum 8 police unless extreme violence occurs.
Pocket Wiping

Robberies must make roleplay sense.
- Do not take all items without reason.
- Taking valuables is fine.
- Taking food, water, and misc items without RP reason is griefing.
Conflict Rules

Conflicts must have realistic conclusions.
- No constant repeated mass shootouts.
- Conflicts must eventually end.
- Endless harassment of groups is considered griefing.
